New Beginnings for the Grays

After over 9 years of dedicated service, Erin Gray has left Second Harvest Food Bank. Many of you remember Erin as an Agency Relations Coordinator, Manager and your biggest cheerleader. Erin gave so much of herself to this mission and we will really miss her passion, infectious smile and joyful laugh. The Agency Relations Team as well as the Second Harvest Family are very grateful for Erin’s leadership, passion for this organization and her support for not only staff but for the Partner Agencies.

Erin and her husband Todd recently brought 2 beautiful children to Florida from out-of-state as foster, and soon to be adoptive parents. They have become amazing parents to 5 Year Old Autumn and 4 Year Old Jayden. This has been a dream come true for the Grays as they always wanted to start a family.

Erin Gray started at Second Harvest in 2008 as an Agency Relation’s Coordinator, and became the Agency Relations Manager in 2009. She instantly fell in love with the Second Harvest’s mission and vision and was thrilled to be part of the Second Harvest family.

Erin was instrumental in creating or improving many of the processes that we use in Agency Relations today. She revamped the application for partnerships to ensure that we had quality food pantries in our six counties. Erin also started the Partner Agency Council, organized our very first Mobile Drop, and helped to implement the very first Partner Agency Conference.

We wish Erin a future of joy and happiness as a new mom to two beautiful children and we hope she will always be part of our network of Hunger Hero’s!

“Over the past nine years I have really fallen in love with the mission and vision of Second Harvest, the people that work here and of course the agencies. I am so grateful that I have gotten to know the different agencies and learn about their missions is really awesome.

I have been working to have a family for several years now, and leaving was not an easy decision to make. I hope I am always considered part of the Food Bank family, as once you are a Food Banker your life changes.

I have really considered the staff and agencies friends and family, and I hope to continue those relationships outside of Second Harvest. My personal cell is 407-302-8622 and my email is grayerin@mac.com
