New Agency Orientation (NAO)
Beginning in 2015, ALL Highest Authority figures, Main Contacts and Shoppers from Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake agencies are required to attend NAO.
The training will include information regarding Food Bank rules, review of the MOA, regulations, and expectations, as well as a tour of the Partner Agency Lobby and Shopping Mart.
