A gentle reminder that if you have not already returned your signed 2016 Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), please be sure to do so no later than Friday, January 29th.
Although there are no changes to this year’s MOA, we must have a new copy on file for 2016.
The MOA is a legal document stating the guidelines and rules set forth regarding partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank.
The Memorandum of Agreement is updated as needed to comply with Feeding America’s national guidelines, as well as Second Harvest’s local guidelines.
We ask that the highest authority and main agency contact both read the MOA thoroughly and sign it. Then, either mail, email or bring in a copy to Paula Rebman. Paula’s email is Prebman@feedhopenow.org.
